Bold Promises from GE

I found this statement rather bold;

. . . Where appropriate, GE will offer guaranteed improvements in efficiency or output according to key performance indicators provided by the customer. If GE hits the target, it earns more revenue. If it misses, the customer pays nothing. And GE rarely misses. . . .
